A CORRECTED PAGE. A DOCUMENT THAT STILL WORKS.
Replace PDF pages.
Keep links and bookmarks.
A final report correction shouldn’t break the way readers move through it. Replace supplied PDF pages while retaining the original links, bookmarks and page labels. Compare both pages on your device before export.

YOUR WORKSPACE
One careful replacement.
Compare the selected pages
A retained link area may no longer cover the intended words after a layout change. Review every highlighted area before export.
Your originals remain unchanged.
Download the receipt and inspect the finished PDF in your own reader before sending it.

One corrected PDF. One payment.
The payer name and email below go to the secure payment provider; they are not stored in the PageAnchor order table.
Keep this reference private. Save a work file before leaving for checkout; your PDFs are not included.
Optional backup sends only the finished PDF to private encrypted storage. Its download window is 24 hours. Keep your original inputs and work file for later regeneration.
Your original navigation is worth keeping.

Recover an existing order
Use the private reference saved in your work file. Recovery checks the original stored payment; changing the display currency does not create another charge.
Local copies and the optional encrypted backup have a 24-hour recovery window. Expired local copies are removed when PageAnchor next opens; expired server backups stop being downloadable and are removed when accessed after expiry. After that, restore the two exact original inputs and your work file to regenerate the same supported output. The receipt records the hashes to check.
HOW TO REPLACE A PDF PAGE AND PRESERVE NAVIGATION
Keep the original page.
Change what it shows.
Choose the original report and a PDF containing the corrected pages. Map each original page to its replacement, then compare the previews and highlighted link areas. PageAnchor changes page content and resources while retaining the original page objects.
The output is reopened and compared with the original navigation before export. The fictional four-page sample includes bookmarks, direct and named links, and Roman page labels. It demonstrates a page-three correction; try it above without supplying your own file.
Inspection and correction run in your browser. Original and replacement PDFs are not uploaded or sent to an AI service. If you choose the optional paid recovery backup, only the finished PDF is uploaded to private encrypted storage for a 24-hour download window. Processing time depends on your file and device; unusually slow or unsupported files are refused.
No navigation to preserve? A general free replacement tool may be enough. PDF24 and Aback Tools are alternatives; check their output in your reader.
Clear limits. No surprises.
Supported in this version
Supplied PDF pages, one-for-one mappings, matching media/crop/print boxes and rotation. Original bookmarks, named destinations, page labels and link annotations remain in place.
Use a full PDF editor for
Tagged/accessibility or PDF/A/UA workflows; signed or encrypted files; forms, comments, stamps, portfolios, layers and attachments. Replacement pages with their own links are also refused.
Still needs your review
Link placement, the intended meaning of each destination and the visible content. This is not Word conversion, a conformance validator, redaction or a promise of university acceptance.
BEFORE THE LAST EDIT
Questions about replacing PDF pages
Will a bookmark still point to the corrected page?
The supported workflow keeps the original page object, so direct links and bookmarks targeting that page retain their destinations. The saved output is checked against the original navigation. You still need to review whether the replacement content makes each destination meaningful.
What happens to a clickable area on the replaced page?
Original link rectangles remain in their original positions. Both previews highlight those positions. A layout change can leave a link over the wrong words, so compare every mapped page and review the finished PDF in your reader.
Can I replace a thesis page or a signed report?
An unsigned, untagged report may fit the supported scope. Tagged or accessible PDFs, PDF/A/UA documents, signatures, forms and annotations other than links are refused. PageAnchor does not validate university submission requirements or archival compliance. Use a full PDF editor when those requirements apply.
How do I recover my work after closing the tab?
Save the work file and keep both input PDFs. Reopen the two exact inputs, then restore the work file. It contains your page mappings and input hashes, not your PDFs. Editing either input changes its hash and prevents that work file from being applied.
What will I pay, and in which currency?
The reference price is USD 10 per finished document, with no subscription. The display selector uses approximate conversions from Central Bank of Kuwait reference rates dated 28 October 2026. The existing merchant setup lists KWD only: the current planned billing amount is KWD 3.084, shown before any future purchase. Other selected currencies are not enabled billing currencies, and your bank may use a different exchange rate. Checkout is currently unavailable: no charge or paid order can be made. International billing and the required payment methods still need verification; settlement currency is unknown. KNET, if enabled, is a supplementary Kuwait/KWD method. Estimates older than seven days are suppressed until the source is refreshed.
Is this ready to use for a paid customer?
This is a free beta. File inspection, the fictional sample and supported finished-PDF downloads are available without payment; they are not paid entitlements. Merchant acceptance and physical-device checks remain outstanding for a paid launch. No ranking, submission acceptance or delivery guarantee is claimed.
